Jonathan R. Parham

Founder and Principal, 360AOR LLC

Jonathan R. Parham is a retired Chief of Police with more than thirty years of law enforcement and public sector leadership, including service as Business Administrator and Director. He founded 360AOR LLC in 2018 to bring operational judgment to technology decisions in public safety and municipal government.

He currently serves in security leadership in the commercial real estate sector in New York City, and teaches in the Rutgers Certified Public Manager program, where his courses include Service Delivery, Decision Making, and Municipal Procurement.
